RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Akokono House endeavors to provide the best customer satisfaction experience possible, and have put in place a Refund and Return Policy. Order fulfillment usually begins immediately after your order has been confirmed.

Refunds issuance varies depending on the product:

Dried and Fried Akokono

If the order hasn’t been shipped out, cancellation merits delivery charge refund within 72hrs.There will be no refund of product’s price if canceled after order confirmation since processing begins immediately after order is confirmed. 

Shito, Cookies

A full refund will be issued within 72 hours if an order is canceled before it is shipped out.

Fresh & Frozen Akokono

A full refund will be issued within 72 hours if an order is canceled before it is shipped out.

No refund will be issued on products on sale.

RETURNS

Returns are only acceptable for only Shito and Cookies on the basis of quality issues. Depending on the quality issue,  replacement or refund will apply. In the event that you wish to return products after delivery, contact us immediately and inform us of your complaint via sales@legendaryfoodsafrica.com.

Product returns should be delivered to Akokono House, Mango Road, KNUST-Kumasi (GPS AK-510-1281) or Lashibi-Klagon, Greater Accra Region.

Product seals shouldn’t be broken and they should be in their original packaging.

The customer shall bear the cost of delivering product returns.

We will not attend to any complaint 3 days after receiving the product
